Ingredients for base

  • 2 Nuzest Clean Lean Chocolate protein bars
  • 1/3 cup hazelnut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachio
  • 1 tablespoon buckwheat groats
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cranberry extract

Ingredi­ents for centre

  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts

Ingredi­ents for “cheese­cake” layer

  • 1/2 cup tahini paste (runny)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit syrup
  • 1 serving Nuzest Clean Lean Vanilla protein
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions/Step By Step Directions

Step 1: Add the base ingredi­ents and blend in a food processor until a dough-like consistency is formed.

Step 2: Place the base mixture evenly into a square silicone mold and apply firm pressure to ensure that it is evenly spread.

Step 3: Place the base layer in the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove from the freezer and add the ingredients for the center on top of the base layer. Allow setting in the freezer for 10 minutes. In the meantime, blend the “cheesecake” layer until homogenous.

Step 4: Finally, add the cheesecake layer and return to the freezer for an hour to set before serving.
